Windrush Compensation Scheme
We are working with We Are Digital in order to provide claimant assistance for the Windrush Compensation Scheme to people within an hour and a half travelling distance; we offer face-to-face support to assist people with preparing for their Windrush Compensation scheme claim. Generally, this involves assisting with filling out the claim form, scanning identity documents, scanning evidence documents to support the claim and preparing the claim for submission as a whole through email or post.
Our support can also come in the form of talking with the claimant about their experiences and asking additional questions to help them appropriately convey what has happened to them and the struggles they have endured in order for the caseworker who is reviewing the claim to truly understand their hardships.
